What Your Appointment Includes
Evaluation & Treatment
A board-certified medical provider assesses your non-emergency health concerns and recommends treatment at your location.
Prescriptions & Orders
When clinically appropriate, your provider sends prescriptions to your pharmacy and orders laboratory tests or imaging, such as X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans or MRIs. Imaging and laboratory processing are performed by outside facilities and billed separately.
Work or School Notes
Your provider can issue a work or school note when appropriate for your visit.
Point-of-Care Testing With Results on Site
Treatments and Procedures, Priced Separately
When added to a house call, the wellness lab panel is $400, with the blood draw included and no concierge fee.
Service Area
We make house calls throughout the San Fernando Valley and in nearby communities in the Conejo Valley, Simi Valley and on the Westside. Outside these areas, a travel fee may apply; call or text and we’ll quote it before you book.
West Valley
Central & East Valley
Nearby Communities
Because of Los Angeles traffic, addresses near the edge of our service area may need a wider arrival window.
Cost & Policies
House calls are a cash-pay concierge service. We do not bill insurance for in-home visits, so the price you see is the price you pay.
House Call Visit
$399 for a visit from a board-certified medical provider at your location. Each additional patient at the same address is $200. Testing and treatments are priced separately, as listed above.
After-Hours Fee
Late-evening appointments carry an after-hours convenience fee. We quote the fee when we confirm your appointment, and it is due at that time. It is not covered by insurance.
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged $100.
Not sure whether your condition is right for an in-home visit? Call or text before you request an appointment, and we’ll let you know. Traffic can affect arrival times; if it does, we’ll tell you promptly. Your provider reserves the right to decline a visit at their discretion, and we ask every patient to follow up with a primary care provider afterward.
